Author of OSHA Inspections Dos and Don’ts and OSHA’s Top Ten for Construction, Rick Mulkey has spent 30 years helping employers become compliant or remain in compliance with OSHA regulations. Not only has Rick’s efforts benefited company employees through safer working conditions but he has helped countless company owners save thousands of dollars in costly OSHA citations and fines.
As a nationally recognized, OSHA-trained consultant, Rick is often called as an expert witness in cases involving severe workplace injury. In fact, for Rick’s clients, his phone number is the second one dialed, after 911, when a serious workplace accident occurs.
